- Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver within West Malaysia only. Orders placed from East Malaysia or international locations will not be fulfilled at this time.
- Delivery Timeline: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your items within 2-4 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above RM300. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
- Handling of Perishables: All baked goods and beverage items are packed with care to maintain freshness during delivery. If your order includes temperature-sensitive items, we recommend being available to receive the package promptly.
- Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or place the parcel at a safe location, depending on their policy. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate.
