- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products—especially freshly baked goods and beverages—we do not accept returns for reasons related to taste preference or personal dislike. All sales are considered final for perishable items.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product(s) in question. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
- Catering Cancellations: For catering orders, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours may incur a partial charge due to ingredient preparation and staffing commitments.
- Order Adjustments: We allow changes to be made to an order (such as delivery date or product type) only if the order has not yet been processed. Please call us as soon as possible to request modifications.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. If you do not see the refund reflected in your account after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider.
